Learning Luxembourgish, especially when you don't actually live in Luxembourg, can be tricky. For those of you who are mainly interested in learning basic Luxembourgish phrases and words, there's a cute CD-ROM out there to help you!

euroTalk's Talk Now! Learn Luxembourgish provides both a male and a female native speaker's voice to help you learn and pronounce items from 9 categories: First words, Food, Colours, Phrases, Body, Numbers, Time, Shopping, and Countries. In each category, you'll be able to practice the words, practice your pronunciation, play two different games, and print out a picture dictionary. A great bonus is that you can choose the language you learn through - if your Zulu's better than your English, then learn Luxembourgish through Zulu!

All in all, Learn Luxembourgish will not teach you how to debate advanced politics in Luxembourgish, but as a first CD-ROM, it's a great start for beginners.
